Upload guide: what photo works best

Best photo in one line: a clear seated photo facing the camera, legs spread wide with both feet extended toward the camera.

• Pose and framing: This template is framed from the front, between your feet, sitting in the centre with your legs spread wide and both feet extended toward the camera, soles filling the bottom foreground. Pick a photo with that seated, feet-forward framing.
• Eyes: Look at the camera with your eyes open and your face unobstructed.
• Mouth: Keep your mouth area uncovered in the photo.
• One person only: Upload only yourself, with no second person and no group photo in the frame.
• Outfit: Your upper clothes from your photo are kept; the pose and camera angle come from the reference image.
• Light and sharpness: Use a recent, high-resolution photo with bright, even light on your face and sharp focus. Do not upload a screenshot with black bars or app buttons, a photo of a screen, or a heavily filtered photo that changes your face shape.
• Avoid: standing photos, faces turned away, distant photos, dark or blurry photos.
